How to report a claim to UFG
UFG encourages you to report your claim as soon as possible after a loss, using one of our three claim-reporting options. We have claims representatives strategically located throughout the country, allowing us to resolve claims quickly and efficiently. If a property loss occurs outside of normal business hours, please take reasonable measures to protect the property from any further damage.
All pollution claims should be reported immediately to XL Catlin at 800-432-2481—24 hours a day, seven days a week. Pollution claims are time sensitive and XL Catlin provides expert, cost-effective services to respond to spills and manage pollution-related incidents.
Please note that the reporting steps below exclude workers compensation as these claims cannot be taken over the phone. Please visit our work comp claims page for steps on how to file those claims, including how to contact our 24/7 nurse triage, CorVel.
