Deep Customer Connections (DCC), a firm helping P&C carriers measure carrier-agent relationships, has named UFG Insurance as one of its 2022 Elite™ partners.
The status validates a commitment to — and exceptional performance in — ease of doing business per the voice of independent agents. Using standardized metrics and competitive benchmarks derived from each carrier’s agent network, carriers had to demonstrate success in ease of business in order to qualify for this certification.
“The DCC Elite program recognizes carriers who step up in a profound way to support their distribution network,” said Jason Bogart, CEO of Deep Customer Connections. “Many carriers claim to make it easy for their agents to write business, but few actively invite anonymous feedback from all of their agents to make sure that they deliver on their promise.”
