Gulf Coast regional office reopened
Less than two weeks after Hurricane Harvey made landfall in Texas, our office in Webster, Texas, officially reopened for business on Tuesday, September 5.
Though Hurricane Harvey has ended, the long process of recovering from this catastrophic natural disaster is only beginning for the people of Texas. Our storm team of employee adjusters is currently on the ground in Texas surveying damage and responding to losses, with additional team members on standby to ensure the efficient handling of claims.
How can I report my claim?
We offer three convenient ways to report your claim:

• By phone at 800-343-9131
• Directly to your UFG Agent
Billing Information
UFG is extending our payment grace period for policyholders residing in Texas counties declared disaster areas. If policyholders need to request a payment extension to ensure coverage remains in force or inquire about upcoming bills or automatic payment deductions, please contact us using the following methods:
• Phone: 800-637-6309 (7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. CT)
• Email: ufgdbacctg@unitedfiregroup.com
In addition to mailing payments to UFG at P.O. Box 73909, Cedar Rapids, IA 52407-3909, policyholders can make online payments at ufgInsurance.com and ufgPolicy.com and telephone payments at 800-450-9239.
